What we own
The following elements of Bike Cheat Code are original to this Site and protected by copyright:
- Visual design, layout, typography, and colour system.
- Source code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Astro components).
- Written content in the how-to guides, blog posts, FAQ entries, About page, and similar authored material.
- The selection, arrangement, and categorisation of items in the database — which is an original creative work distinct from the underlying dataset.
You may quote brief excerpts (up to 200 words) for the purpose of commentary, criticism, or review, with attribution and a link back to the source page. You may not reproduce full pages.
What we do not own
The following are not claimed by Bike Cheat Code:
- Any game, including Indian Bike Driving 3D or any other title referenced in our database.
- Any vehicle, character, weapon, location, texture, or other in-game asset.
- Any game logo, brand mark, or trademark.
- The cheat codes themselves, where they originate from the public dataset. (Short alphanumeric strings typically do not qualify for copyright protection; see our Disclaimer.)
- The plug-in / resource files linked from this Site. Those files are uploaded by third parties and remain the property of their original uploaders.
- The source dataset itself. We are consumers of that dataset; we did not author it.
Dataset attribution
The Site is built around a public JSON dataset published at bikecheatcode.online/data/cheat_datagh.json. We display the data as-is for informational purposes. All rights in the underlying dataset remain with its publisher.
Image attribution
Most in-game preview images displayed on this Site are hosted at bikecheatcode.online/data/images/. We link to those images via the original URLs in the dataset. We do not claim ownership of those images.
Trademark notice
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names appearing on this Site are the property of their respective owners. Use of any trademark on this Site is strictly nominative — to identify and describe the cheat codes and plug-ins associated with that trademarked product — and does not constitute endorsement or sponsorship.
DMCA notice procedure
If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice. A valid notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or authorised agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material, with enough detail for us to locate it (URL, item name, page).
- Contact information — address, telephone, email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.
Send notices to the address contact@bikecheatcode.online with subject "DMCA Notice". We will review and respond within 7 business days. If the notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the identified material.
Repeat infringers
We do not currently host user-submitted content, so there is no repeat-infringer policy to enforce at this time. If user-submitted content is added in the future, this policy will be updated.
False notices
Knowingly false DMCA notices can expose the sender to legal liability for damages, including attorney's fees. See 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
