By using Bike Cheat Code (the "Site") you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What this Site is

Bike Cheat Code is an independent resource directory for players of Indian Bike Driving 3D and similar games. We organise publicly available cheat codes and plug-in links so they are easier to discover, search, and read. We are not the publisher of any game listed or referenced on this Site.

2. What you may do

You may browse the Site, search the database, view individual cheat pages, copy cheat codes for personal use, and submit feedback by emailing contact@bikecheatcode.online. All cheat codes and resource links displayed are intended for personal, non-commercial use by individual players.

3. What you may not do

• Scrape the Site systematically without our written permission. (Casual browsing is fine; mass downloading the entire database is not.)
• Republish the Site's content wholesale, including the cheat codes and resource links, on another site or app, with or without attribution. The Site's organisation and presentation are our work.
• Use the Site to harass, defame, or impersonate any person.
• Attempt to disrupt the Site (denial of service, automated abuse, vulnerability scanning without notice).
• Submit false copyright claims in an attempt to suppress legitimate content. Knowingly false DMCA notices can carry legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

4. Content accuracy

The Site displays data from a public dataset hosted at bikecheatcode.online/data/cheat_datagh.json. We re-format and lightly clean that data (trimming trailing punctuation, normalising names) but we do not invent cheat codes or modify the code values themselves. If a code does not work, the cause is most likely:

• The source game has been updated and the code has been removed or changed.
• The code has a leading/trailing space that the source dataset did not preserve correctly.
• The linked resource file has been removed from its host.
• Your game version differs from the one the cheat was created for.

We will fix reported broken entries on the next dataset sync, but we cannot guarantee that any specific cheat works on any specific game version.

5. External resources

Many entries link to external file hosts (Dropbox, Cloudflare R2, Google Drive, Blogger). These resources are uploaded by third parties. We do not host, scan, or guarantee the safety of these files. You download and use them at your own risk. We recommend running any downloaded file through your own anti-virus software before opening.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's original content — including how-to guides, blog posts, FAQ text, and the visual design — is owned by the Site operator. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link back, but you may not reproduce full pages.

Cheat codes and resource URLs themselves are reproduced from the public dataset; the underlying copyright status of those codes and files is governed by the original uploaders and applicable law. See our Copyright page for the full picture.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific cheat will work for you. Use at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of game progress, or damages to your device from downloaded files.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Site operator from any claims arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any change. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
