Understanding "Coming Soon" Entries

About 40 entries in the database are marked "Coming Soon". This guide explains what that means in practice.

What "Coming Soon" means

The upstream dataset publishes each entry with a code field. For most entries, that field contains either a numeric cheat code or a public URL to a plug-in file. For some entries, the field contains the literal text "Coming Soon!" — meaning the entry has been announced but no code or link has been published yet.

We surface that exact status on the cheat page: instead of a fake code or an empty box, you see a "Coming Soon" badge and a status label.

Why we do not invent codes for them

It would be trivial to make up codes for "Coming Soon" entries — random numbers, guessed formats, anything. We refuse to do that for three reasons:

  1. It would be lying. If we display a fake code, you type it in-game, and it does nothing, you think the code is broken. The code is not broken — it does not exist.
  2. It would mislead AdSense reviewers. "Made up content" is one of the explicit signals Google's quality reviewers check for.
  3. It would mislead you. If you discover a "Coming Soon" cheat works on day 1 because we guessed the format, you have lost the ability to know which cheats in our database are real and which are fabricated.

How long until they become available?

There is no fixed timeline. Some "Coming Soon" entries become real within a week; others stay pending for months. The original creator controls release. When the dataset updates, our Site rebuilds and the entry automatically becomes a real cheat.

Can I be notified when a specific "Coming Soon" entry goes live?

Not currently. The Site does not have user accounts or subscription features. The simplest workaround is to bookmark the entry's URL and check back periodically.

What "Coming Soon" looks like in practice

  • The badge on the cheat card shows "Coming Soon" (gold tint).
  • The detail page shows the "Status" label instead of "Cheat Code" or "Resource Link".
  • The code box shows "Coming Soon — not yet available".
  • There is no Copy or Download button — there is nothing to copy or download yet.
